How is the presence of the Virgin Mary felt in the Catholic faith?
Friday, May 21st, 2010
What significance does she hold in the practice of Catholicism?
As a Catholic lay-person…
It varies from Catholic to Catholic. Therefore, within Catholicism itself, it varies, as some give her great honor and others don’t.
To judge the entire catholic faith.. do we go by what is Taught? The Highest level of honor someone gives her.. the lowest [...]

How does the Roman Catholic faith respond to these questions?
Tuesday, May 18th, 2010
I’m trying to learn more about the catholic belief system. Just wondering about these existential questions. Even if you only know one answer, it would be appreciated!

How was the world created?
Why is there suffering and evil in the world?
What happens after death?
How are we [...]

Sunday, May 16th, 2010

Converting from Catholic faith to Orthodox faith. How would I go about this process?
Tuesday, May 11th, 2010
I find myself continually at odds with the Church. I know both the Catholic and Orthodox church were one Church before the Great Schism and many historians believe the two constitute the original church. I’m seeking communion with either to Greek Orthodox Church or Russian Orthodox Church.
Talk to an Orthodox priest.
I converted from Lutheranism– the [...]
